The ultra-lightweight PU-coated 100% waterproof poly-nylon fabric used in the construction of this garment has been specially treated to avoid sticking when worn over textile or leather garments. The black fluorescent colorway incorporates poly-textile panels for color fastness, and all seams are tape sealed for 100% waterproof performance.
