These riding shoes offer unparalleled off-the-bike, all-day walking comfort. Featuring a running shoe last, the CR-X provides a 'snug' fit coupled with 'ample inner shoe volume' to ensure excellent all-day foot comfort. The Drystar® waterproof and breathable membrane guarantees effective all-weather performance.

The lightweight inner bootie has a minimal construction design for a comfortable, glove-like fit. The tongue with bellows construction is designed to remain in position when riding, ensuring a snug, secure fit. The sole unit's 'DROP' (offset between heel and toe) is set at 9 mm, similar to many running shoes, to enable a smooth heel-to-toe transition when walking.

An EVA midsole provides excellent all-day underfoot comfort. Forefoot Flex grooves are engineered into the midsole for enhanced forefoot comfort, promoting flexibility in this area. The gear shift zone features a highly abrasive-resistant TPU layer for enhanced durability. An internal EVA layer, sandwiched between the outer and inner materials, reduces pressure on the foot in the gear shift area, ensuring superior rider comfort.

The asymmetric outsole stud configuration offers excellent grip and abrasion resistance. The oil-resistant dual rubber compound provides optimized traction on unclean/slippery surfaces. A removable Ortholite inner sock delivers long-lasting comfort and prevents overheating, thanks to the Open Cell PU compound.

The Drystar membrane offers effective weather protection in wet conditions. A full-length TPU CE-certified inner soleplate provides superior riding protection and a dynamic heel-to-toe transition when walking. Hidden asymmetric lateral and medial TPU ankle discs offer effective but discreet ankle protection.
